The vouchers can be used for any treatment offered in our clinic including AESTHETIC MEDICINE and COSMETOLOGY.

Regulations regarding gift vouchers:

1. Gift vouchers can be bought for a stated amount or a treatment available in our clinic. A person wanting to execute a voucher should contact us, choose a suitable date and show a valid voucher during the visit before a treatment is performed.
2. Every gift voucher has an expiry date set during its purchase. The expiry date can be adjusted to the needs of both a buyer and a donatory. The execution of a voucher shall take place during the validity period.
3. Gift vouchers expire after 3 months following their purchase.
4. Gift vouchers entitle you to use treatments/buy products in compliance with a current price list.
5. Gift vouchers cannot be returned or encashed.
6. In case when the value of service and/or acquired products is lower than the value of a gift voucher, the clinic is not obliged to pay back the difference.
7. In case when the value of service and/or acquired products is higher than the value of a gift voucher, a donatory is obliged to pay the difference.
